Miwonsha: Phonology: The Velar Nasal: No velar nasal

A velar nasal can be inserted after nasal vowels before /k/ and /k'/. However, this is optional and rather a result of assimilation processes. Example:

canka /tɕãka/ - street

[cã:ka] or [cãŋka]
