South Picksalladed: Word Order: Order of Demonstrative and Noun: Noun-Demonstrative
I think early on it was demonstrative before in practice but more recently I've been treating at least "this" like other adjectives and placing it after the noun. Don't yet know how to compare "this" with normal adjectives...
