fricatives : /f/ /s/

nasals : /m/ /n/

liquids : /l/

approximants : /w/ /j/
toka na musume

/m//n//p//t//k//s//h~ɸ//l~ɾ//j//w/.

/ti/ becomes [t͡ʃi] or [ʨi] , /si/ becomes [ʃi] or [ɕi] , /tu/ becomes [ʦu] and /hu/ becomes [ɸu]

there's an additional consonant /ŋ/, but /ŋ/ appears only in one word /ŋe/, which is an interjection for being confused, doubt, suprising, etc, and in that case, it can always be replaced by /k/, making the word be pronunced as /ke/.

There are many loanwords in Toka na Musume, and most of the words in Toka na Musume are loanwords, loanwords do have /b//d//g//z/, but ther are not counted here.

Nayraki

Prestige dialect (Auraki): /m n p t k ⱱ ɾ s h l/ <m n p t k v r s h l>

Standard dialect (nayraki): /m n p t k s h ʋ ɹ l/ <m n p t k s h v r l>

As with all points described here, regional dialects can show considerably more variation.

The only point of articulation is bilabial in the consonants.

voiceless plosive: p
voiced plosive: b
voiceless fricative: ph
voiced fricative: bh
voiceless affricate: pph
voiced affricate: bbh
voiceless trill: pp
voiced trill: bb
voiced nasal: m
"forced" nasal: mh

I'm not entirely sure how to classify this "forced" nasal, but it sounds exactly like "Mmhmm", without the initial M sound. This sound can only appear in the initial syllable position. All other sounds can appear anywhere. Plosives are always released in coda position.

There is also an unintentional glottal stop that evolved between the vowels e and a, in either order.
