Currently this is a collection of word lists that are useful for conlanging, like the Swadesh list. Do suggest new lists, but adding a new list is quite a bit of work as it needs to be merged with all the existing lists in order to keep the number of duplicate senses down.
There is information in the database about parts of speech but in order to prevent copying English too much, this info has been kept back. If unsure, pretend a sense is a noun.
